Question
Why don’t my invoices save in Deadly Digits any more?
Answer
Remove any single apostrophes in
- Line description field(s)
- Reference code field
- Notes field
- Payment details field
The Issue
This issue is being investigated by the Development Team.
The first invoice will save, but subsequent invoices, if they contain a single apostrophe in any of the fields above, then the invoice will not save.
Workaround
Remove single apostrophes ( ' ) or forward slahes ( / ) from these fields:
- Line description field(s)
- Reference code field
- Notes field
- Payment details field
Your invoice will then save.
